Artistic stage: Gala concert

The gala concert represents the culmination of a series of Umělecké pódium concerts for the year 2025, all of which are dramaturgically conceived as a celebration of the anniversaries of important jubilees of musical composers. At the same time, the year 2025 marks the completion of 10 years of active activity of the Intercultural Creative Life, zs (2015) association on the Czech and international scene. With this concert, the association would like to thank all partners, co-organizers, sponsors and state institutions, without whose support it would not be possible to organize over 70 projects that the association has managed to implement throughout its existence.

The evening will be opened by organist Dávid Sedlář , who will perform the Sonata in A minor, Op. 23 No. 3 by August Gottfried Ritter (1811 - 1885) - a work of profound spiritual power that the composer dedicated to Franz Liszt. The piece will be performed on the occasion of the 140th anniversary of the death of this romantic composer.

Then, the composition by Marco Enrico Bossi (1861 - 1925) - Concerto for Organ and Orchestra in A minor, Op. 100, will be performed by Dávid Sedlář accompanied by the Czech Virtuosi Orchestra. This exceptional concert piece will be performed symbolically on the 100th anniversary of the composer's death.
